Card Night At Gigi's ("the game") is developed and published by Joey Beans Games LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what the game stores and how platform services handle that data. Joey Beans Games does not receive personal data from gameplay.
None from gameplay. The game has no analytics SDK, advertising SDK, developer-operated telemetry, or third-party advertising tracker. If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to include in your email.
The game may store the following data locally on your device:
This data lives in the game's private storage. The game does not send it to Joey Beans Games. Depending on your operating system, uninstalling the game may leave local save files behind.
If you play the Steam version, your save data may be synchronized to your Steam Cloud account when Steam Cloud is enabled for the game and your account. The game also reports earned achievements to Steam. Valve processes this information under Valve's privacy policy. Joey Beans Games does not operate a separate server or receive the contents of your Steam Cloud save.
The iOS version (Apple App Store) and Android version (Google Play) do not use Steam Cloud or any cloud save service. All save data stays on the device.
The game does not request access to your microphone, camera, contacts, location, or photos. The Steam version uses the Steamworks services described above; the mobile versions request no advertising or tracking identifier.
The game is not directed to children under 13. Joey Beans Games does not knowingly receive personal data from children through the game.
If these practices change, we will update this policy and its "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting existing players will also be announced in the game's release notes.
